pct help

hey so im a newbie here and i am nearly finished a cycle of tren and tbol,
tren 75mg every other day for 8 weeks, and tbol 20 mg a day for a month....
i am not sure what a proper pct would be for this cycle, this was my first cycle ever and am new to this pct stuff, it would help me if u guys could tell me what a good pct would be and where i can get the stuff if it is over the counter... thanksss all
PS: and please write full names of all stuff as it will help me moree

That is your cycle? Tren and tbol my god why? wheres the test?

You need to get some nolvadex ,clomid,aromasin and some hcg . That cycle was retarded by the way.

yah i know, i was misinformed and i didnt do as much research as i could have done but whatever, ive learned from my mistakes, but can i get all of these over the counter and what dosages???? and what will each of them help withh, id rather learn now so i dont make mistakes again

No they are not over the counter at all.

Nolvadex and Clomid are serms which both aid in starting up natural test production
HCG basically helps get your balls going again and is injected once constituted it must be stored in a fridge or it will crash. The aromasin is really to keep estrogen levels from rising.

what doasges and how long should i take these for, could u please list it week by week along with dosages, it would be much appreciatedd...another question, my frend also did this cycle (thats how i was misinformed), but he did not run a pct at all, what affects would that have on him and what else would happen to him???

No pct can cause low test levels and low labido for an extended period. Depression is also a possible side effect from those problems. Losing your gains is almost guaranteed for most people. Definitely a higher chance of getting gyno as well.

Weeks:
1 Nolva 40mg ed
2-4 Nolva 20mg ed
1 clomid 50mg ed
2-4 clomid 25mg ed
1-4 aromasin 25mg ed

HCG 250-500 ius twice per week
