Sustanon pct

Im going to be finishing my sust cycle in a few weeks and im trying to get together a good pct. Last time i did a cycle i did just nolv as a pct and seemed to work fine im just looking for some advice as to how much to take or if there are any other things i should add to it.
info: 21 years old, 6ft 195lbs

what are the dosages and lenghts of your cycle?

im doing sus @500mg for 10wks maybe 12 depends on what sides come up. I can only get nolvadex for pct. Very hard to come by any sort of pct here in aust. Can i get away with only this and if so at what dosage? My only other option is to bring some clomid back from my holiday in thailand at end of year. And even that is not 100% becasue customs here a real sneaky and anals
