However, my grandfather passes overseas & i really couldn't do a pct at all! It all just hit me at once..
Now is that such a bad thing..
When i look at my chest in the mirror im paranoid that i have gyno.. How do i get rid of that before i even start my 2nd cycle?
(please dont call me an idiot, my grandfather passed and i was gone to another country for it, hence why i done NO PCT AT ALL) is that that bad?

Yeah well that is terrible news sorry to hear about your loss but no matter what the circumstances your health should be number one priority regardless the situation. And how long have you been off steroids ? You will need to get on an AI asap and what kind of gyno symptoms do you have any lumps under nipple? If you have lumps under nipples then letro is your best chance of getting rid of it. You need to do a proper PCT for me on cycle i take 10mg of aromasin eod with HCG throughout 2-3 times a week. Your 23 and are foolish for what you have done but you need help restoring your natural test and getting the excess estrogen out of your system. I need more info on how much time you have been off and what sides you currently have.

i havent had any pct...

i just hate how my chest has gone towards the lower pec... like sagging the left and right etc

I did have a nipple ring when doing roids... but got infected from underneath??

i understand my health is #1, but i went overseas for this.. and i knew no one over there who got them!

Go get Bloodwork done by your doctor your whole profile including test and see if you are still shut down maybe you have recovered until you get that bloodwork done who really knows hopefully you did not ruin your natural test production cause that means TRT for you.

A Vet will help you out with the proper protocol bud I dont know the best way to deal with it properly except the bloodwork to see where your levels are at he will help you out shortly Best of luck with your recovery.
