Hey I took A pro hormone about 6 months ago and only took half my pct. ya I screwed up, I get puffy nipples sometimes and they're sensitive and I lactate like barely. Anyways I just ran Erase to see if that would help and It did a little but now that I ran out it's just coming back. So anyone have a pct recommendation? Or any ideas. Also where can I get my hormones levels checked? What's these test called? And how much? Thanks
