Arimidex and hcg pct

I will be taking the following
Sust 500mg/10weeks
Dbol 40mg/4 weeks
Now the question is should I take arimidex .5mg the whole cycle plus and extra 2 weeks (weeks 1-14) along with hcg weeks 9-14 as a pct OR take hcg the whole cycle then take arimidex as a pct?
My stats are
6'6"
285lbs
27% bf

I'm 33. This will be my first cycle. I wanna take the arimidex along with hcg during cycle, but I can't find nolvadex or clomid for pct any advice where to get? Not sure what do.

You have too much body fat to cycle safely. The aromatase enzyme, responsible for converting test to estrogen, has a disposition for stomach fat. This means you will have a difficult time controlling your estrogen level while on cycle. You will also have several other issues such as increased water retention, increased risk of pulmonary embolism, and a greater risk of blood clots just to name a few. Having a high BF also shows a lack of dedication to diet and training. You will not have a successful cycle if you diet and training are not on par. You need to lower you BF to 15% or less in order to have a effective cycle.

I'm probably closer to 15-20% I used to weigh 370 so I have loose skin but I know my dedication and diet are good. Are the supps on ar-r legit? I will order and run 3 weeks worth of the nolva and clomid pct if so.

You run your ai from the beginning of your cycle right up to pct and then switch to your serms for pct. nolvadex and Clomid
