if you miss a pct dose what do you do?

I missed a pct does clomid, nolvadex by about 12 hours. Usually take it before bed and fell asleep. Should I skip the dose, take it now and adjust my pct schedule to the time now, or take it now and take it again tonight before bed so I can stay on my bedtime schedule

Its not that important. The active life for serms is long. If you are in a good habit id take it now and also take it at night and resume your normal dosing schedule. You woulld really be fine just taking it tongiht but for piece of mind that what I would do.
