Arimadex and Nolvadex before and during the cycle

49yrs old.
200 lbs.
Will cycle with Test. Enan and Deca soon.

I read some where a few weeks ago that it might be good
to use Arimadex and Nolvadex starting 10 - 14 days before your cycle
and to continue during your cycle. I have used Arimadex for about .25mg EOD
during my cycles before and Nolvadex as my PCT. Sometimes if I get sore nipples, I might run Nolvadex at about 20mg/day for a week.

What do you all think? Should I try Arimadex at .25mg EOD and Nolvadex at 10mg/day for 10 days before I start my cycle.

No during pct you need to let your hormones balance out. Your testosterone levels will be low till your endocrine system restarts leaving very little testosterone to aromatize to estrogen. No need to run an ai during pct

Actually, I was not asking about running Arimadex during my PCT.
I was asking about starting it 10 - 14 days before my cycle instead
of waiting until my cycle along with Nolvadex .

So you all think just stick to the Arimadex .25mg EOD?

You will feel like utter shit of you try to run an ai while not on cycle. You will completely crash your estrogen. It is one of the most unpleasant things I have ever experienced.

If your still not getting what you need at .25 eod then you need to bump the dose. I am on the conservative side so I would move it up slow. .5 every 3 days is what I would bump it too

BW on cycle is how you learn exactly what is occurring and what dose is effective.
Sensitive nips do not necessarily indicate high estrogen or gyno. Just hormonal fluctuations.
Adex goes to work extremely quickly so no need to start early.

I have not had what I consider a serious gyno problem.
However, when I am cycling and even using Arimadex,
it hurts if somebody bumps into my chest or hits me there.

Any other comments on this? I see so many places use Arimadex and Nolvadex during the cycle and others don't use Nolvadex during your cycle.

I've always thought you needed to use an AI while using SERMS
