    Need help for a PCT!

    I'm going to run a cycle of test e for 11 weeks at 500 mg and deca for 10 weeks at 400mg. But I do not know what I should be taking during and/or after the cycle. Please help!

    What would be the best way to run this cycle?

    Sounds like you are jumping in to your first cycle without any knowledge of steroids . Study up.
