Liquid tamox and liquid clomi dosage questions (please help)

I'm about to start my PCT. I was on Test cyp for 14 weeks. So I am starting my PCT two days from now (the 18th day).

My liquid tamox is 50 M L 20mg/ml... so in my oral syringe how much do I take per day? It's a 1 ML syringe. This might be an incredibly dumb question... but I'm paranoid. And I saw the sticky on PCTs.

Also, m y liquid Clom i is 70 mL 35m g/ML... so how much here?

Tamox: If you draw 1mL into your syringe, you'll have 20mg of Tamox.
Clomid: If you draw 1mL into your syringe, you'll have 35mg of Clomid

The 50mL and 70mL is just the total volume of product in the container and plays no role in determining dosage.
