Post cycle results...low this and that..should i pct again?

So as the title says just got my post cycle labs in .

This was my second cycle and everything that could f gone wrong..did go wrong, just interruptions, out of the country family emergency, and an injury.
And a delayed PCT.
PCT protocol wasn't started until almost a month after last shot.

Anyhow my test came about 100 points lower than it was , I was at about 430 and now 330.
LH and FSH while not low on their scale look low to me, but they've always been this way.
LH 2.5 FSH 1.8

So , first cycle I recovered, my test levels even jumped up a few points.
May this be that I have not recovered, these test were 9 weeks after last shot and two weeks after pct....too soon?

Or did I finally screw myself even worse since my test had been low anyhow?

Wait 4-6 weeks after pct to run labs. After pct is when recovery really starts

Yeah I kind of figured that..but 80% of posts say different...I did feel it was too early..but then Again last time about this time I was mostly recovered
