Do you have to rest after HCG before you can start your SERMS????

Im kind of confused about this one everyone says you can run HCG with Nolvadex others say you have to wait 2 weeks after your last injection of HCG, some say HCG wont be as useful when your running it with nolva???

Im planning to do 10 days of HCG everyday injection of 500iu and my QUESTION is do you have to wait 2 weeks before you start your SERMS such as Nolvadex or Clomid? or you can just start taking your serms when your finished the HCG. Help please so confused, Researched a lot about pct's and read load of different solutions but still confused about this one.

Don't run them simultaneously as they basically will compete against each other. Serms are stimulatory of pituitary function and HCG ultimately suppressive. Read all in this link:
