    Messed up My PCT

    long story but I finished Test cycle about 4-5 weeks ago.

    Losing all my gains, have ED issues, no energy.

    My guy didn't come through with Nolva

    I am very new to all this, not sure what to do now.

    Any help/advise would be appreciated.

    I checked ar -r but I'm very confused

    You can get your pct meds from ar-r . You need tamox and Clomi. What was your exact cycle and dosages?

    Test prop, 2-3 ml per week

    So should I still do the pct? What schedule?

    Would it make more sense to do another cycle of test?

    Can't trust this guy however anymore.

    You can get your pct from ar-r pretty fast. since you didnt run hcg during your cycle you either need to run your pct or run test low dose with hcg alongside for 4 weeks and then run pct

    Your pct should look something like this :
    Clo: 100/50/50/50
    Nov: 40/40/20/20
    Make sure you have your pct meds before starting another cycle.

    Sorry I am no clear on the recommendation. Keep in mind I don't have any test, so Ar-r is the only source I am aware of.

    Can you please recommend the amounts too.

    How long will this take to work? Been almost a week, still losing a lot of muscle mass, strength, energy and major ED issues.

    Is this the best, only recourse?

    well the real recovery starts after you finish your pct. keep the calories up get rest and focus on the compound lifts at the gym. Try to finish your workout in no more than 45 minutes and would limit your training to 3 days each week

    Little surprised to hear that. Why work out less? I was doing 5days week for about an hr. I have lost a lot of size and strength. What do you mean by compound lifts?

    Don't I need to worry about putting on fat with the calories?

    Also what to do about the ED? Lack of energy?

    What can I do to get the size strength back?

    you need to continue to eat enough to maintain the new muscle mass and you won't be able to recover as well because your hormones will drop below baseline
