Hi All hope your all good.

I'm going to start my first Cycle of Test E at the end of this month I'm looking at 500ml a week for 10 weeks.

Question
What dosage of Nov and Clomid do I need for this Cycle ?

And if I wanted to run 250ml Decca with my Test E what dosage would I need for this ?

And last of all do I need to use HCG during my Cycle or after my Cycle and what are i.u's converted in to ml ?

Hey man. Nolva is run at 40/20/20/20 and clomid is run at 75/40/40/40. Since deca is harder on your HPTA a lot of guys recommend doing an extra 2 weeks of nolva at 20mg per day. I don't understand what do you mean about running 250mg deca with your test e? Yes hcg is essential. It keeps your testicles functioning and makes the recovery process more effective after pct. Hcg is run during cycle. Normally at 250 ius twice a week. Ius and ML are completely different. The article below goes in to detail about hcg!
