Finishing first cycle

Hi all, just got done with a 12 week cycle of 500mg test e, 12.5mg aromasin /ed and 30mg of winni/ed for last 5 weeks of cycle. I have 5 days until I start pct. Planning on 40/40/20/10 of nolva but also have a clomid/nolva mix. My last pin was 9 days ago and I'm still running my ai until I start pct. My question though, is what else can I do to retain as much gains as possible? I'm still training 5-6 days a week and ration around 3600 cals a day. I'm 6' at 195 lbs. Any advice and tips is greatly appreciated.
Ps. I've heard a lot of different things on hcg but am very unsure if I should run that like 2 weeks before I start pct on next cycle or to even run it.

Clomid 75/50/50/50
