    Hey!

So I have decided to get blood work next week, my testicales are the size of peas. I know it’s early days but I feel rubbish, I hate feeling “small” and I feel super unhealthy at the moment... my sense of well-being has been destroyed despite my very clean diet! I want to see what’s going on, if things are bad I will discuss TRT with my doc, think this is the route I want to go down.

Will keep you all up to date!!

Right guys, this is a log so im going to be honest.

    On saturday the 13th i did 1x Shot of a mix whih contains Testostrone-Decanoate 270mg/ml, Testosterone -Phenylpropionate 130mg/ml, Nandrolone Decanoate 130mg/ml & Nandrolone Phenylpropionate 70mg/ml .

    I did 1ml.

I did it because, its hard. Coming of gear, I feel depressed & small. Self confidence has gone so shit.

After this, do you think i need to run maybe a bit of nolvadex just incase or shall I just leave it but prostpone my blood work for a couple of months?

I'm really angry at myself because things where going so well. Hopefully its not that big of a step back...

If it is then I think blood work & TRT route it is.

Argh, okay! Am such a fool! Feel like I should just go to the docs get some blood work, see a endo and go on TRT! Tired of this hormone fluctuation, feel depressed as hell!

    Hi All,

So yeah I cocked up my recovery by doing a shot of gear. (Stupid I know)

I went to the doc had blood work, test was low everything else was in check, lipids, organs, full blood count....

    LH 0.3
    FSH 0.6

I have decided to go back on following this...

I thought I could handle being off everything for life and I thought its what I wanted, I am sure you guys can understand... once you enter this lifestyle is really shapes your life and personality and in all honesty after being away from it for the time I have been its given me the opportunity to see how much I love what I do. And training is a huge part of everything I do..

Following this I will further consult my doctor and see an endo to go down the TRT route, if I have issues with NHS then I will consult a TRT Clinique.

But at this moment in time, my health is fine apart from test levels, ECG is booked as well to check my heart. But I am happy with this outcome...

Maybe I just didn't want to recover, I don't know... This lifestyle is a bumpy one.

Appreciate the honesty in the log. Are you going to stay on trt dosages or go back into b&c?

    Hi mate

I have started with a blast of Tren A, Npp and test as a recomp after being off cycle and loosing size, following this i will be dialling in my TRT for at-least 8 months before I blast again!

Just an update on this log..

I have signed with a private health centre here in the UK for TRT.. So this is the route I have decided to go down.

Sorry to fail you all, but I hope this log will help some of you in some way. Especially you younger guys looking to go on, just bare this in mind... You could be in my shoes one day!

Have you tried the nhs for trt? Why pay extra when youre already paying for it?

Just a bit of a long process. I’ll eventually use NHS further down the line, but at the moment my private health centre has done me a good deal.

I might even self medicate when we find my sweet spot, I can get pharma test locally will wait and see.

My GP is aware, He actually recommended the health Clinique lol

Lol thats rare for a gp.

I went through a private doctor and eventually nhs took over prescription and blood test costs after wanting nothing to do with me. Definetly helps having a private doctor on your side.

Its saving me like £600 per year. So id definetly reccomend trying to get nhs

Yeah my doc is awesome, every time I see him we talk about steroids , he has a lot of interest in the subject, surprisingly. He always does my blood work no questions asked... I’m very lucky!!

He said he will refer me to an NHS endo, but I didn’t want to wait.

That’s good though, at least you don’t deal directly with NHS!! Sounds like your sorted mate!

    Right... Round 2!!

I am having surgery in January and at the moment cannot train properly and obviously post OP i wont be able to train for a while so either way i am going to loose size and feel a bit shit! So i have nothing to loose... I was able to get TRT with my clinic by timing my blood work to make sure my T was low so i could get a script. My last restart failed because i mentally couldn't handle it and didn't give it enough time despite me feeling ok.

I'm 25 and i feel like now is probably my last chance... so lets get it right this time round!

    Surgery Log - https://forums.steroid.com/anabolic-...ml#post7424830

So my plan is below, macros will be TIGHTLY tracked, training is PPL split (doing what i can)

Last shot of Test 180mg done 09/11 start below 23/11.

    Day 1-15: HCG 1500IU E3D
    Day 1-15: Nolva 20mg ED
    Day 15-42: Nolva 40mg ED
    Day 15-42: Clomid 100mg ED

8 weeks post PCT get blood work

Difference this time round is that i've been on my TRT dose for the past 6 months, nothing heavy, my testicles feel full and not shrunken, unsure if this really makes that big of a difference.

Wish me luck! Any advice is greatly appreciated!!!

NO offense but this is a fuckin mess. Dude you are all over the place and had no business touching gear without understanding what each and every chemical does in your body. You should have been doing bloods when you came off and started hcg , then 3 weeks later and then 2 weeks later. You need to know how your body is responding to treatment so you can plan your future cycles better, i have gotten bloodwork 3 times in one week once to see how my body reacts to gear.

I don't understand why this is in the sticky when OP didnt even carry out his PCT fully and went back on gear. I was expecting to see what this method would do after a 12 month B&C; I guess only way to really recover is time. Has this method that OP has done or even Scalley's method help recover anyone fully after a long B&C or everyone basically on TRT now?

    Hi all.

Thought I owed a post to you all, haven’t been on here for a while. Honestly, I wasn’t going to bother but It was playing on my mind so figured I’d send an update in the hopes this genuinely helps someone.

So to answer the above.. I don’t know why this is a sticky, I suppose it’s a good reflection of the rollercoaster you’re going to ride using AAS. As you can see I’ve toyed with the idea of coming off several times however didn’t have the mental strength to do so and resorted to jumping on TRT and not allowing enough time to recover my HPTA.

And yes I agree.. This thread is an absolute mess.

So after my most recent post (13/11/2018)I did not come off… I actually didn’t start that PCT.

I am currently working through a restart protocol, yes I know… Heard it all before!

Last shot of Test E (105mg) was on 17/02/21, continue HCG @ 500-750 IU for another 5 weeks on its own, HCG ended on 21/03/21... wait 3 days and start SERMS.

    SERMS, start date: 24/03/21
    Nolvadex @ 20/20/20/20/20/20/20
    Clomid @ 50/50/50/50/25/25/25
    - End date: TBC

12 weeks post PCT get blood work...

So this is what I’m doing, I feel fantastic. Sex drive, training, energy, cognitive focus and sleep is all amazing I would go as far as saying I feel better now than on TRT, I have only lost a small amount of water weight... Prior to starting this protocol I was on only 105mg of test e per week for the past year.

Training wise PPL 3-4 days per week, food is around 200p, 300ish C, 50-80F.

The difference between then and now is that firstly I am older, I care more for my health than how I look and me and my wife want kids and haven’t been able to conceive on TRT w/ HCG. I have a genuine and extremely important reason to see this through.. Before, all I cared about was how I looked. With that mind-set coming off is never easy. Don’t get me wrong, I still want to look good but I don’t care for being big. I am happy being toned, fit and healthy at this point in my life.

I am also at a point now where AAS doesn’t benefit me, I’m not a bodybuilder, I am not genetically gifted. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my time experimenting but can safely say I am happy to put a cap on it and focus on my career, family and health.

So the goal is to recover a mid-high range T level, to hold my strength and weight of 80kg… and to of course get my wife pregnant.

I’ll see you all end July/Early august.

P.s for those who are interested, look up Pete Rubbish and Vigorous Steve HPTA recovery on YouTube. Steve has recovered a mid-high T level after 10 years of B&C, Pete is in the process and numbers are increasing month on month, again 10 years of blasting (mainly Tren ) and no cruising. So for those who are in the same boat as me, there is light at the end of the tunnel. You can recover after long term use.

Hi all, not a detailed update. Just posting recent blood work, total T is low but within range (not good enough in my opinion) my free T is SHIT!

Working with an endo as of this week to try and resolve. Will report back with outcome.

Hi All, not much to report at this point. Feel ok, strength is getting better, can still get a good erection, wake up tired as F…

As of next week my endo wants to do blood work every 3 weeks for the next 6 months so I’ll post more blood work next week. Only problem is he won’t do free T, only total T, LH & FSH (NHS).. Not ideal but I’ll see what things look like over the next couple of months then I’ll push for a free T test, worst case scenario I’ll pay for it.

    Quick update.

    Blood work 28/08/21
    FSH: 3.2 IU/L (1.4-18.1)
    LH: 1.2 IU/L (1.5-9.3)
    Total T: 13.6 nmol/l (8-23.2)

    Blood work 29/09/21
    FSH: 6.7 IU/L (1.4 - 18.1)
    LH: 2.9 IU/L (1.5 - 9.3)
    Total T: 19.7 nmol/L (8 - 23.2)

Good progress, I’ve done nothing out the ordinary. Eating well and training hard.

Sex drive is good, erections are good, feel a bit tired but this could just be reflective of work and busyness!

Next set of blood tests are end of next month, will report back then.

All the changes will come in time, so don't lose hope and self-confidence. I understand how you feel because I went through a mini depression caused by dissatisfaction with my physical appearance. When I looked in the mirror, I saw my flaws, and I avoided the beautiful features. I went to the gym, but I had no motivation or energy. So on the advice of a friend, I started consuming a complex of supplements from organicsproutedflour.net that significantly increased my endurance, burned fat, and thus made my muscles more visible.

    Hi All,

So this will be my last post.

I had my final blood work done this week, results came in yesterday.

Just to touch on how I feel first - I’m feeling really good, gym performance is good, sex drive/performance is all firing as it should as well. Weight wise is sitting around 80kg with visible abs.

    Blood work 22/11/21
    FSH: 7.5 IU/L (1.4-18.1)
    LH: 4 IU/L (1.5-9.3)
    Total T: 21.4 nmol/l (8-23.2)

    Semen Analysis 16/11/21
    Motility 55% (40%-100%)
    Density 38 Mill/ml (>15 Mill/ml)
    Forward progression 49% (32%-100%)

I will carry out more blood work in a 6-8 months time but I’m happy with where I’m at on paper and how I feel.

So to close off, I’ve recovered from 8ish years of
Blasting and cruising. It wasn’t easy, mentally more so than physically but I feel good for it. So if your trying to come off, try to stay positive because it does get better.

    Cheers all.

    Hey bro so you did
Hcg 2000iu eod for 20 days
    Clomid 100mg for 30
    Nolva 40mg for 45

Sorry if I got that wrong. But I too just started a pct after 5-6 years of blasting and cruising. I’m going to see if I can recover.

Hey man, this is what I did.

“Last shot of Test E (105mg) was on 17/02/21, continue HCG @ 500-750 IU for another 5 weeks on its own, HCG ended on 21/03/21... wait 3 days and start SERMS.

    SERMS, start date: 24/03/21
    Nolvadex @ 20/20/20/20/20/20/20
    Clomid @ 50/50/50/50/25/25/25”

I honestly think that the biggest factor in recovery is time. The PCT plays it’s part but ultimately your body needs time to recover and get itself back to normal.
