Make sure you are still eating enough calories and maybe even increase cals. Cycle some clen for the anti-catabolic props. Don't become de-motivated at the gym just because you lose a few pounds.

Train less frequently and with less volume.
Keep protein to at least 1gram per pound of bodyweight.
If you havent been sleeping 8-9 hours per night, now would be a good time.
Eliminate stress.
Keep physical activity outside of resistance training to a minimum.

If I had been planning to cut, and willing to lose a considerable amount of Mass to do it, it wouldn't of been so bad, but my goal at the time was to keep as much as possible, and bulk again....it didn't go that way.
What I have found works best for me is something I ripped off from this huge old guy in Vegas years ago.
Simple Workouts: I do all basic fundementals, but nothing Fancy, usually only two excersises per workout ....Such as Flat Bench/Cable Fly, Dumbell Bench & Flys etc....As opposed to 3 or 4 excersises while I'm on. I hit them fairly intensly, but main muscles only.....no "Body Shaping"
I may do Drop Sets 'til I'm jelly, but only the two excersizes.
I usually drop Calories by about 1000, however no drop in Protein.
Sleep! God Yes Sleep! Take advantage of that PCT Lethargy and Depression How catabolic can you bbe if your diet is right on Protein and you sleep every chance you get?
Off cycle is about the only time I EVER get 7-8 hours of sleep.....Even so it's still the worst 4 weeks of the year

Keep your calories high and keep training like your in the peek of your cycle. Watch your calories intake though, you could get fat depending on how your body reacts to different type of foods if you have too much of it especially when your OFF cycle.

Yeah, Post cycle training is tough. It's also tough when you start losing the weight no matter what you do.
Everyone is different, but I gained over 30 lbs on my test prop/deca /d-bol cycle. However, 4 months later I'm only up 14lbs. Just realize thatyour body can only hold so much of the weight you gained, as it's a bit depressing if you don't. Here are my tips"
1. Eat, Eat, Eat for 3 months. Don't worry about getting fat, just set aside 6 weeks of dieting 4 months down the road (I think I could have kept more but I didn't eat enough)
2. Train hard but not too much volume (thread above cover that)
3. Sleep
4. PCT - clomid 300/100/50
5. Clen will help with no putting on too much fat
That's it. let us know how it goes.

Simply put, what works best for me.
Eat and Train like a powerlifter.
