You can run just Nolva or just L-dex. The reason most will run both are because the 2 go about preventing estrogen related sides differently and also it's a good idea to run a SERM with an AI to help with unhealthy lipid levels.

L-dex will keep excess test from converting to estrogen. Nolva will then keep the estrogen that the L-dex did not stop from binding to receptor sites. Nolva is also a SERM and will keep a healthy lipid profile.

IMO L-dex does a better job at preventing bloat but with the addition of Nolva it will help just that much better.

If you're going to run Nolva alone then use 20mg ED through the cycle and PCT.

If you will be using L-dex alone start with a .25mg ED and if you are seeing sides from estrogen then go to .5mg ED...... do this through the cycle and PCT.

If you will be using both then run 10mg Nolva and .25mg L-dex through the cycle. At PCT up the nolva to 20mg ED and keep the L-dex to a .25mg ED.
