    Good d-bol or not?

    Sorry I posted in the ? section 1st. Cuz I thought it was a ?. Took a picture with my digital camera but the file size is too big. So here is a shi^^y pic from my cell phone. There is a line down one side and a figure that looks loke someone kneeling down?

    well this answers the question if mine are real or not. It appears that mine are exactly the same as pictures above. They did come from Thialand.

    I am on day 5 using them at 15mg/day and see no signifacant changes yet. My energy levels are the same and I feel no real change yet even though I workout very hard and eat a lot of protien.

    When will I see some gains?

    15 mg (3 tabs) si very small dose. You have to use it at least like this:
    1 week - 20mg/day
    2 week - 40mg/day
    3 week - 50mg/day
    4 week - 50mg/day
    5 week - 50mg/day
    6 week - 50mg/day
    7 week - 30mg/day
    8 week - 10mg/day
    BTW - I see no dragon sign on your tablets - maybe it's because of your camera

    Well according to your pics I have "the good stuff".

    Regardless I put over 30lbs on, and kept half the gains. I wasn't crazy watching my strength drop afterwards.

    I'm wanting to cycle back on again, but believe I may not have pushed myself as hard as I could have. Should I expect better gains this time? I didn't follow the cycle you metioned above.

    I did the following:
    Wk 1 - 15mg/day
    Wk 2 - 20mg/day
    Wk 3 - 30mg/day
    Wk 4 - 40mg/day
    Wk 5 - 40mg/day
    Wk 6 - 40mg/day
    Wk 7 - 15mg/day
    Wk 8 - 5mg/day

    According to my cycle did I do too much week 1 and not enough the rest of the cyle? By changing my cycle to reflect yours should I see more results by that alone?
