    Old School Posing:

Howcome bodybuilders today don't do these kinds of poses anymore? This has been my all-time favorite. Did Arnold invent this pose?

Seems to me that back then they portrayed bodybuilding as a work art, like the Greek Gods. Now they see it as muscle, muscle, and more veiny muscle.

I agree. It was an art back then, now it is a freak show. They actually had an art show that was only bodybuilders on rotating platforms. I think it was in pumping iron but it might have been in raw iron (the making of pumping iron.)

in the 25th , they were standing up on boxes and rotating round when they were posing, which i think made it look like an art form.

Not a big Zane fan. His physique never really did it for me, and i found his posing rather average. Bob Paris could outpose him anyday, as could samir and many others. I think Zanes reputation precedes him.

I like the old school size as well. Maybe becuase it seems more reachable (im dreaming). Now days it seems like a game of how many drugs you can use year round and not kill yourself.
