viking strong tommie thorvildsen(basicly a ripoff of blood and guts, same gym, same style ect but I prefer to se thorvildsen train).

both of colemans videos are good but the second one you have to skip all the god damn eating.

blood and guts is real good. dorian training in a dungeon for the most part, especially when you see cutler training in million dollar facilities.

i have cutler's it kinda blows. He doesn;t lift heavy at all and I think he overtrains like crazy. He is insanely shredded tho it was two weeks before the arnold. Doing cardio twice a day and at 2am crazy.

Cutler makes kinda shitty videos. He does like 25 sets per bodypart at high reps. I bet he could get that "harder" look, like Ronnie, if he just dropped the amount of sets and reps he is doing and going as ****ing heavy as possible. I think the difference between him and Ronnie is just that Ronnie looks hard as nails. Jay has a kinda soft/round look to him. Anyways, Jay has a lot of content in his videos. He talks a lot about diet and training and stuff so it isn't all that bad.

The best training videos that I have seen:

    1. Ronnie Coleman: The CoR
    2. Ronnie Coleman: The Unbelievable
    3. Dorian Yates: Blood & Guts
    4. Jay Cutler: New, Improved & Beyond

The best bodybuilding movie is, of course, Pumping Iron.
