Lightbulb The Raw Power of Advanced compounds, Supplements, and Will

I was doing some reasearch on Arnolds career and came upon something that can show us the power of the advanced compounds we use coupled with Will Power

Arnold won many Olympias, and he won his last one in 1980. Previuos to that he won 5 consecutive with the last win being in 1975.

the next 5 years he detrained his body for film and at some points looked much like a normal athlete would, tone, and fit, but with not much mass

this is a direct "before pic" before his 1980 run at the Olympia

    http://www.schwarzenegger.it/gallery...lery5/m721.jpg

within 100 days, just over 3 months time he went from the above to this:

    http://www.schwarzenegger.it/gallery...ry11/ar126.jpg

the time line is verfied and accurate

Genetics played a big part in his career too, you forget to mention his diet, that is more important then gear, believe it or not

arnold (the greatest) is without a doubt the biggest motivational body builder of all time, even now. next to females he is my biggest motivation. the guy is a genetic freak and every guy throwin heavy weights around the gym is trying to be big and proportionate like he was, even though his physic will likely never be seen again.

I love vintage Arnie. He had the ideal physique for BB'n. Maybe the best so far? He needs to juice and get on the GH now. The Governator looks like shit now. He's old, I know.

Has anyone ever seen Levrone offseason. He pulled off the exact same trick every year. He would stop training for 3-4 months and get ready for a show in a few months. I will try to upload some pictures. Also very inspirational.

BTW Arnold was by far the greatest of his time. But to say the greatest ever is a major exaggeration. I like Levrone and Flex much more then arnie. But that is just personal

im not sure i agree entirely with the statement that his allround physique was the greatest of all time.... i think his arms and chest were the greatest but not his entire physique. dorian yates i think had possibly the most muscularity over every muscle group. only 5'10 tho"! but it falls on opinion. big ronnie needs a mention too!

and diet plays an integral part in everyones training 70% of bodybuilding can be attributed to diet. lifting weights genetics anabolics etc only make up a mere 30%... any1 care to challenge my opinion or add anything ????

although i do like the look of arnold and it is a good thread it is not a question about gear as such......so it will be moved to the bodybuilders picture forum..............
