The next big deal (besides Heath) will be Evan. He seems like a cool ass dude and he's got a great work ethic. And of coarse his physiques is sick. Proportionate, big as hell, and always seems to show up in condition.......the few pro shows he's done.
    Dorian is raw.

Their culture doesn't value bodybuilding at all and with their prominent religion requiring fasting its very rare that they enter the sport. I honestly don't know why they are coming into the sport now. Its cool that they are though.

    3. Steve Kuclo I remember seeing him all the time at the local shows growing up, it's crazy to see where he is now.

    ^^These guys are the future.
Steve is a cool guy, real down to earth. I hope he goes places in bodybuilding. He's a local firefighter, and I saw him at a show maybe 6 months ago not knowing who he was, just knowing that he was freakishly huge, especially for his age. I looked him up and now think he's real cool. There's a couple videos of him on youtube which kinda give a cool glimpse of a pro bodybuilder balancing having a real job and a real life.

Yeah when I was 16 I started readying about different training styles to see which one would suit me best. I stumbled upon Arthur Jones' High Intensity Training (here's a link to the book http://www.mrsupplement.com.au/new-h...nsity-training) and started learning about Mike Menzter, Casey Viator and Dorian Yates. Not to say one is better than the other, but hearing about how Mike Menzter would train just made me respect him so much.

Have a read of it if you can. There is one story where Arnold came to train with them for one session... apparently he didn't even get through half of the session before he literally ran out of the gym
