Can Kai Greene Beat Phil Heath? Bodybuilding Insider Gives His Opinion!!!

I think Kai can beat Phil, but he needs to bring the perfect combination of mass and conditioning. It also, looks like Kai might not take part at the Mr. Olympia by his recent social media posts. What do you guys think?

He should have qualified at the arnold classic. He looked like he could beat heath, but thats just going on his appearance and heaths past appearances.

If I was heath I would be hoping he is competing. People will always look at the contests without kai, and think what could have been. It usually takes the runner up a few comps to best the champ.

I haven't seen phil recently, but kai looks to be at his best.

Unfortunately no. Phil needs to be off and Kai needs to bring his A game. In other words even an off Phil beats Kai

I think if kai come in like he did in the arnold he can win. Even if heath is on point. The problem I see is that the ifbb will never let him win. A few years ago kai lost by only one point, and he didn't look near as good as he has recently.

I think the politics will keep kai from winning.

Dex looked great last year. It will be interesting to see how the blade looks this year. I don't believe he has done anything since last years O.

his mentality is always to make top 5. I would love to see him win one more before he retires

I think if PHIL shows up dialed in like he typically is,,,he's going to always be hard for anyone to beat. I do think KAI has the best chance at doing that though.
