100 mg a week good? Would stacking it with sus. 250 be worth doing?

you can get defined with out gear and then bulk up on a good stack. Also no sust is horrible for a first cycle and it will make you bloated.
i think winny would be useful only if you're trying to gain maybe 20 pounds to your bench and 5 pounds of lean mass
