Need help guys. Im in fairly good shape. 6'3" 190 lbs. I'm 28 and been working out again for about 6 months. I need help with my abs & hit a pretty hard wall. I just got some deca and winstrol . Need advise on cycles and how in the hell do i inject myself?

Also, should I use one & then the other? Should I stack? If I stack can they both be injected in the same needle or two seperate shots??

I wouldn't do a deca /winny cycle without test. Stick around here and do some reading. All the answers to all your questions are in here somewhere.
