    Lose weight while on

    Is it possible to loose weight while on a cycle? Im curious only cuz a friend i work with just started and he's about 30lbs more them me and he dont care if gets bigger. I dont want to be much heavier then what im at now (245). Will you loose any weight while on or put on? This is all new to me. Im thinking about trying something but a lil weary of the known side effects. Can anyone help?
