If you can crush them relatively easy then they are more than likely fake. Suck on them a bit, and if they maintain their shape, and don't crumble, then they are real. They should have a tart medicine like taste to them. Look at them closely, and if you can see little white particles in them, they are fake, but the real ones should have a nice uniform smooth pink color. The edges should be sharp, and not rounded at all.
