Are you looking into how to load the pin or inject?

Ok, so check the attachment that I made. You see the yellow stuff is the juice and the lines mark the volume lines on the syringe. When you draw the juice with the pin still in the vial, the syringe fills and you get pic # 1. However, there is juice in the space between the pin and the syringe. If you want to be super accurate (which by the way I rarely choose to be....depends on what I'm injecting) then take the pin out of the vial, and draw the plunger down say .5cc. Then you measure the volume but remember to subtract that .5cc of empty space in the top of the syringe (see pic #2). Sound confusing? it isn't. if you can measure flower to bake a cake or something you can measure volume in a syringe. hope this helps you
