cip and winny

I did some reaserch but couldn't find what i wanted, so if this is a reapeat, iam sorry.
I am 25, a bit over 6' , 185lb. I am looking to get alittle more size and more cut. I have done 2 cycles in my life. first sus250 + winny50mg.
second winny + deca . Now i was thinking to do tt cip 250/week with winnytabs 50mg/day. Last cycle i did was more than 1 year ago. I don't want to do too much, just be in between 195-200lbs.
I also don't want to lose hair and yes i am taking prepecia and rogain AND nizerol shampoo. Would this be ok?
IS THIS A GOOD CYCLE, CONSIDERING MY GOALS?
would love to get some help from the pros.
