I think we had this discussion, but I had the exact ones, was told they were 50mg.. Took one a day, and now that I am done, I think they did work. I had put on a little size, and my strength did go up. Of course I weight in at 345 lbs, so I should get about 30 of them and try them. I amy try tme again
