Does it really matter if the app says its legit? Couldn't one QR code be used multiple times? Also, what if the box is real, but the vials are relabeled chinese GH?

It is very difficult to replicate the QR code, there is a unique code embedded. If the box was sealed from the pharmacy (which it looks like it was and you wisely edited out the script sticker) then it is unlikely someone would be sitting on a stash of boxes with the pharmacy label just to push off fake Stims.
Honestly, I know my Serostims are legit and they don't have a great amount of vacuum. Some vacuum, yes, but not a huge amount.
