I have seen it on a suppliers list before everything I got from him was legit. Other than that I haven't heard of it either.
Usually rebottlers don't put such a label on the vials. It makes no sense. Why do you think they rebottle the stuff? To avoid seizure. They put sust into bottles and send them unmarked or marked as body lotion oil :)Quote:
