TRT is something you need, not try, the only way to tell is with BW,
you could do a cycle, but read and re read, then when youre ready,
re read again, theres a lot to it, but this place is the best...

what I meant was start slowly,
say you work chest,
2 sets of 10 reps bench i plate a side
go to your next set, say incline...
if its not too much, do the same,
and so on...add weight per week...
I was in the gym the other day and a guy was telling his buddy,
weight first, form later...stacking on as much weight as possible,
varying range of motion...\
