A question about Israel
Shortly after(or was it during)ww2 when israel got created. What prevented the muslim countries from destroying it right there and then? I mean at that time no one would have prevented them considering how war sic and exhausted the world was and israel surely couldnt have had a good army imidietly?

Britain would have stepped up to bat at the time. I've read that Israel was created partly to help the poor Jews which had nowhere to call their own and partly to punish Palestine for their support of the Axis.

would britan realy have done that? I wouldnt think they had that much resources left after the war(wherent they broke and basicly got most of the equipemnt from the states the last years of the war) and I dont think the people of britain would have supported a war in the middle east after several years of beeing hammered by hitler

I'm sure in a few hours when the forum superpowers come in u will get a lot of different opinions, i dont know exactly the sequence of events that happened but i know that the jewish settlers came from around the world and they didnt want any trouble they just wanted to settle in the holy land...and from what i heard there was enough space for everyone to get along back then. But then there was an angry vibe from the arab world and the palestinians were starting small hostile activities like vandalism and so on to the jewish people because they werent accepting that.
So a coalition of arab countries included Syria, Egypt and Jordan did a full scale attack on Israel very early but the facts say that Israel crushed them in about 6 days!!!
Many years after there was another triple attack that the same countries planned wich was stronger but still failed.....the inside scoop on this second attack was that the king of Jordan at the time flew into israel the night before and told them 'hey were gonna attack so just dont crush Jordan as bad as the others cause i was nice and told u before" . I dont have sources for the inside scoop but any jordanian or palestinian swears their life thats what happened......
There was a show on fox news just last week or so that gave the full story in detail about the begining of the conflict between israel and the arab world...look up the fox news website maybe u can stream it.

There is so much anger in America over the immigrantion of Mexicans. Imagine some country imports hundreds of thousands of Mexicans into America. There is enough space, there is enough resources, but do most Americas like it? No.
Already the Americans are complaining that the Mexicans are taking jobs from Americans etc etc. Imagine what it would be like if we systematically imported hundreds of thousands of Mexicans.
Arabs just sucked in military skills, they werent like their ancestors. Although in the first war Israel got help, the Arabs were unorganized, unmotivated, and really pathetic. Their military stragegy seemed to be planned by a 3 year old, and many manuvers were messed up, which was costly. And the biggest mistake the Arabs did was underestimate the Jews.
But this issue in the end has brought Muslims and Arabs closer together. If there is one thing Muslims and Arabs agree on, its the Palestine issue. It has done good in some regards, costing the Palestinians highly, living under a brutal military occupation.
