Great introduction to buddhist meditation
I cant beging to explain what positive effects meditation has had on my mind. But the fact that it totaly got rid of my insomnia that I had suffered with over 2 years(couldnt sleep without meds)is the most important one.
Its realy not only for buddhist. I think everyone would gain from meditating
