chinese army(PLA) is any one concerned?
im persoanlly not and i am very happy for china becuase they usally arm muslims with there stuff and help them out
but any way what about america. are you guys concerned about some of the chinese tech.
also can anyone identify the weopon in the picture that i have posted below it look like a chinese version of an americ OICW weopon.
american version of OICW < sorry this is the only thing that i could find and is probably the same as chinas version:
ive been doing some research i have found that they have this stuff :

china has sams which are perfect for use against apache gunbships:

china is also comming out with a new stealth fighter before the end of 2010.
also there getting some new surface to air missiles with a range of either 120km with standerd missiles or a massive 400km over the horizen with the new improved missiles(the 1st link is just about the system):
also china already has the "russian s300" with a max range of 200km with certain types of missiles:
does this stuff actally concern you americans the chinese are rapidally turing into a advanced country.

No it doesnt because China is an ennemy in the front face, but behind doors they are closed allies now, too much money involved, too much risks, too much everything!

They are definately safe from invasion.
They could really shake things up in Asia, but their ability to project their conventional forces to other continents is severely lacking. Which makes sense because their ambitions probably don't extend beyond Taiwan.
When oil becomes an issue here ina few decades, I'd be nervous if I was an oil-rich nation that isn't geostrategicly impervious to invasion, like the US.

In China in the political undeground there alot of pressions to go to "liberalism" and many of these politicans are close to the US and the West. Dont be surprised when China will be Allied of the US again soon enough.
