What do you think ..........
I just want to know what you guys think about the American fighting man's Code Of Conduct...........
Article I: I am an American, fighting in the armed forces which guard my country and our way of life. I am prepared to give my life in their defense.
Article II: I will never surrender of my own free will. If in command I will never surrender the members of my command while they still have the means to resist.
Article III: If I am captured, I will continue to resist by all means available. I will make every effort to escape and aid others to escape. I will accept neither parole nor special favors from the enemy.
Article IV: If I become a prisoner of war, I will keep faith with my fellow prisoners. I will give no information nor take part in any action which might be harmful to my comrades. If I am senior, I will take command. If not, I will obey the lawful orders of those appointed over me and will back them up in every way.
Article V: When questioned, should I become a prisoner of war, I am required to give name, rank, service, number, and date of birth. I will evade answering further questions to the utmost of my ability. I will make no oral or written statements disloyal to my country and its allies or harmful to their cause.
Article VI: I will never forget that I am an American, responsible for my actions, and dedicated to the principles which made my country free. I will trust in my God and in the United States of America.

what about adding those 2 articles :
Article VII: I will troture and humiliate the prisoner of war from the other side , I will make sure they get enough torture to make a permanent damage.
Article VIII: I will shoot randomly on civilians houses if I got attacked by guerella resistance forces and I will make sure to terrorize those civilians.

If you tore a bible or pissed on it, or flushed it in the toilet I would think that you are a dumb ass.
If you made me strip naked and form a pyramid with other naked men, I would figure that you are gay and it excites you.
However through all of the "troture and humiliate" that has been reported, I personally would not have any “permanent damage”.

"Dear Civilians, "We know that the current state of affairs in
our great nation have many civilians up in arms and excited to
join the military. For those of you who can't join, you can
still lend a hand. Here are a few of the areas where we would
like your assistance:
(1) The next time you see an adult talking (or wearing a hat)
during the playing of the National Anthem---kick their ass.
(2) When you witness, firsthand, someone burning the American
Flag in protest---kick their ass.
(3) Regardless of the rank they held while they served, pay the
highest amount of respect to all veterans. If you see anyone
doing otherwise, quietly pull them aside and explain how these
veterans fought for the very freedom they bask in every second.
Enlighten them on the many sacrifices these veterans made to
make this Nation great. Then hold them down while a disabled
veteran kicks their ass.
(4) (GUYS) If you were never in the military, DO NOT pretend
that you were. Wearing battle dress uniforms (BDUs), telling
others that you used to be "Special Forces," and collecting GI
Joe memorabilia, might have been okay when you were seven years
old. Now, it will only mak e you look stupid and get your ass
(5) Next time you come across an Air Force member, do not ask
them, "Do you fly a jet?" Not everyone in the Air Force is a
pilot. Such ignorance deserves an ass-kicking (children are
(6) If you witness someone calling the US Coast Guard
'non-military', inform them of their mistake---and kick their
(7) Next time Old Glory (the US flag) prances by during a
parade, get on your damn feet and pay homage to her by placing
your hand over your heart. Quietly thank the military member or
veteran lucky enough to be carrying her---of course, failure to
do either of those could earn you a severe ass-kicking.
(8) Don't try to discuss politics with a military member or a
veteran. We are Americans, and we all bleed the same,
regardless of our party affiliation. Our Chain of Command is to
include our Commander-In-Chief (C in C). The President (for
those who didn't know) is our C in C regardless of political
party. We have no inside track on what happens inside those big
important buildings where all those representatives meet. All
we know is that when those civilian representatives screw up
the situation, they call upon the military to go straighten it
out. If you keep asking us the same stupid questions
repeatedly, you will get your ass kicked!
(9) 'Your mama wears combat boots' never made sense to
me---stop saying it! If she did, she would most likely be a vet
and therefore, could kick your ass!
(10) Bin Laden and the Taliban are not Communists, so stop
saying 'Let's go kill those Commies!' And stop asking us where
he is! Crystal balls are not standard issue in the military.
That reminds me---if you see anyone calling those damn psychic
phone numbers, let me know, so I can go kick their ass.
(11) 'Flyboy' (Air Force), 'Jarhead' (Marines), 'Grunt' (Army),
'Squid' (Navy), 'Puddle Jumpers' (Coast Guard), etc., are terms
of endearment we use describing each other. Unless you are a
service member or vet, you have not earned the right to use
them. T hat could get your ass kicked.
(12) Last, but not least, whether or not you become a member of
the military, support our troops and their families. Every
Thanksgiving and religious holiday that you enjoy with family
and friends, please remember that there are literally thousands
of sailors and troops far from home wishing they could be with
their families. Thank God for our military and the sacrifices
they make every day. Without them, our country would get its

It is the soldier, not the poet, who has given us the freedom
It is the soldier, not the campus organizer, who gives us the
freedom to demonstrate.
It is the soldier who salutes the flag, who serves beneath the
flag, and whose coffin is draped by the flag, who allows the
protester to burn the flag."

U.S. Marines’ Prayer
Almighty Father, whose command is over all and whose love never fails, make
me aware of Thy presence and obedient to Thy will. Keep me true to my best
self, guarding me against dishonesty in purpose and deed a nd helping me to live
so that I can face my fellow Marines, my loved ones, and Thee without shame or
fear. Protect my family.
Give me the will to do the work of a Marine and to accept my share of
responsibilities with vigor and enthusiasm. Grant me the courage to be proficient
in my daily performance. Keep me loyal and faithful to my superiors and to the
duties my Country and the Marine Corps have e ntrusted to me. Help me to wear
my uniform with dignity, and let it remind me daily of the traditions which I must
If I am inclined to doubt, steady my faith; if I am tempted, make me strong to
resist; if I should miss the mark, give me courage to try again.
Guide me with the light of truth and grant me wisdom by which I may understand
the answer to my prayer.
