I've pondered going to Sweden. Since I am largely Swedish. I just wanted to know if there were any historical sites to hit up first hand. What types of bars/pubs/clubs/hubs w/e is worth checking out. Any type of laws that a non-native of the country should look out for. Any type of information that would be helpful or any other type of trivial knowledge would be helpful. Well also include anything interesting about politics and religion since I've put it in this forum. Zionists, non-zoinists, and terrorist can reply. LOL J/J guys.

hmm the club scene has never been my thing but spybar in stockholm is suposed to be the best. Its there all the swedish celebs are.
The best city to visit imo is göteborg(ghotenburg). ALOT nicer then stockholm. I hate stockholm!
Sweden is a very unreligious country. I would say 90% of the people you bump into isnt realy religious at all and a very liberal country in the sense that no blatanly obvious rascism/gathatred can be seen(except the few skinheads here and there). it must be the most politicaly correct country in the world(not always a good thing).
When it comes to laws I dont think there is anything special. You might find it odd that the only place you can buy liqur is a place called "systembolaget" the goverment has a monopoly on alcohole sales.

I guess the best historical site is birka. the viking capital of sorts
We have a few castles here and there that is nice to visit aswell.
If you like nature then the northern sweden mountain areas can not be beaten. Hands down the prettiest place in the world!! Hiking along "kungsleden" (means kings path) is amazing. Total peace and beutifull scenery.

sweden has a very rich and long history(the vikings, the age when we where a major european power, wars with russia, polen, denmark, norway, germany and so on)so naming historical places is hard. History has never been my strong side either....Il write more here if I can thínk of something.
Most towns looks alike to be honest, same kind of buildings and architecture(sp?). Stockholm I guess might be good for a visit I hate it because of the suburbs but generaly the people in göteborg is alot nicer. Very friendly.
Nice place in stockholm is the wasa museum. In it is the wasa ship built by the order of king Gustav II Adolf. At the time it was built it was probably the biggest warship in the world with the most firepower. But it sunk right after it was put into sea they had forgotten to tie down the cannons so when a wave hit it they all rolled to one side and the entire ship "fell over" and sunk.

Good stuff Johan! Anything would be helpful, if I went I don't necessarily have to go to the club scene, I'd be nice ya know to see how people actually get down in Sweden, but I'd actually like to get something out of it if I went. Tell me more about this Ghotenburg bro, sounds like the guy who created the print. Johan don't worry bro i'm a liberal too LOL, I should be safe hopefully.....

stockholm has like 1-1,2 million in population(spread over a LARGE area)
ghotenburg has maby 700 000 in population but its alot more centered kind of so the acctual city core is about the same size I would say.
yuo could visit both towns. they are not far apart. a 8 hour bussride or so and the buss is dirt cheap

sweden I think is one of the cleanest western countries. Very little polution. clean water, fresh air. there is a rive going through stockholm that you can acctualy fish from and eat the fish. Try that in any other capital in the world

I think its a shame that all of the graet Swedish tech companies are moving out due to the high tax rates. Without the revenue from those giant comapanies, the Swedish economy is going to be in big trouble again soon.
It is a beautiful country, one that I definately want to visit someday.
