Hmmm western part of Montreal gas is at $1.08 per litre
Thats roughly $4.09 per gallon
(and thats the cheap stuff)
Some ass-raping thieves (Esso) tried to jack it up to $1.18 per litre yesterday afternoon.

Anyway, whatever those foreigners want to charge for their oil is what they charge. If you are willing to pay whatever the asking price is for gas at the pump, well, you're part of the problem. Until you take responsibility for your own petroleum consumption and use other forms of energy, you've got no reason to complain.

My stepdad owns an oil company here and even though yes he is making more money its not like you guys think. The thing is we have VERY crude oil here in the US. If we were to refine it using the technology we have now gas prices would be sky high. We need to stop depending on other countries, make more efficient refining techniques and stand on our own two feet. I don't trust large oil companies at all either. They are dirty. There is a large company here that is just all about money and doesn't care for the environment. I think there def needs to be an investigation. Wait until i'm king things will change....

I do agree that something will have to be done to bring artificially inflated oil prices back to earth... it's hurting the economy a lot more than people think (high fuel costs = higher costs for anything that needs to be transported, from furniture to produce, it also means tourism takes a big hit).

Only good thing is fuel in Ireland is a higher Octane. No. is lower but we use a difffrent standard.
