Why Deseters Should Not Be In Charge Of The Military
The Bush administration is imprisoning terror suspects in more than 12 “military” centers located in various places in the world. Approximately half of these operate in total secrecy.
The Bush administration is holding prisoners in a secret network of off-shore detention centers that include 17 incarceration centers that the Bush administration has disclosed. They named two in Afghanistan, 13 in Iraq, one at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, and one in Charleston, South Carolina.
There are another thirteen "suspected" detention centers around the world that are not acknowledged officially but whose existence it said had been reported by multiple sources. Of these 7 of the suspected imprisonment centers are in Afghanistan, two in Pakistan, one in the Indian Ocean island of Diego Garcia, one in Jordan, and two aboard US amphibious assault ships.
The same secrecy that created the lies for the invasion of Iraq now create disinformation designed by the Bush administration to continue to mislead the American people.

In 2002 Hillary Clinton gave a speech about how bad Saddam is and how he is rebuilding his weapons program and how we need to take him out. Funny how you guys forget that kind of thing.
ps At least someone is trying to save the U.S. s hide because after we were attacked several times before, Clinton did nothing! Detain away!!!

What would you have him do?? Bring them home and throw them in federal jail where they have protections of our constitution even though they are not American?? If Bush did that the Dems would be screaming twice as loud that all these people are innocent and Bush is torturing them....etc..

Im thinking I already successfully shot down the "Doing that makes us as bad as the terrorists" line. Its funny how Dems in general are not at all moral until they think the other side is doing something immoral.
I agree that a free society can stand against terrorism but not when you have one political party in this country rooting for the gawd dam terrorists!! Every success we have is a setback for them.

While opposition to coercive institutions and socially constructed hierarchies are primary tenets of anarchism, anarchism is also a positive vision of how a voluntary society would work. There is considerable variation amongst anarchist philosophies. Opinions differ in various areas, such as whether violence should be employed to foster anarchism, what type of economic system should exist, questions on the environment and industrialism, and anarchists' roles in other movements.
The terms "anarchy" and "anarchism" are derived from the Greek αναρχία ("without archons (rulers)"). Thus "anarchism," in its most general meaning, is the belief that rulership is unnecessary and should be abolished. The word "anarchy", as most anarchists use it, does not imply chaos or anomie, but rather a stateless society with voluntary social relations.

The other thing is reading a book about communism... you have to know your enemy to see them. Many people in this great country do not understand that out of 10 points of communism, we are currently employing every one of them in law... thank your congressmen.

I believe that with out the ability to better one’s self or situation, we will end up with a welfare state.
Why work hard at your job if there is never a reward for doing a good job?
When you work your ass off and out perform your fellow worker, only to get the same paycheck week after week, sooner or later you catch on, and you learn to simply do the bare minimum.

Bro, you're really quick to put words into my mouth.
The point that I was trying to make was that, without reward for performance, no one will perform.
I don't believe that anyone should be price gouging, hell I got enough of that myself, here in Georgia a couple of months ago, when gas prices went through the roof.
Again debating is one thing, but please asks questions to confirm another member’s opinion, before you shove words into their mouths.

If they happen to be born into a poor family they better damn well work to get out of that situation or just accept it and stay poor. If a society hands out money to everyone that has a hard financial situation they will never themself take the incentive to improve there own life. They will become dependant on wellfare.
There always has to be a reward for effort. Im not sure what your stance is. But if you share the communist view that all jobs should have the same pay (if you dont belive that I mean no offense) than answere me this.
Why should a toilett cleaner be rewarded the same as a brain surgeon? Why should a labb assistant be rewarded the same as a brilliant scientist??
For me greed isnt a driving force. I dont care about pay asmuch as I care about having a rewarding job in other ways(mentaly challanging, fun ect). But I fully realise that without greed society would slow down to a crawl. But it must be restricted in the way that a company can not ruin the enviroment to make a few extra bucks.

The huge influx of illegal immigrants, excused by some claiming Americans would not do the work they are doing is another problem as many Americans remain unemployed because the low wages illegals will work for undercut many willing American workers.
There are many things we can do to produce quality products and help build America back to what it once was.
