Qur'an says: Allah Gave Israel to the Jews

I would like to personally thank Allah for giving the Jews the land of Israel. Further, thank you for putting it in your Holy Qur'an so all the Muslims can see it, read it, and then leave us be in peace. Thank you Allah.

Shaykh Prof. Abdul Hadi Palazzi states, "THE QUR'AN SAYS THAT ALLAH GAVE THE LAND OF ISRAEL TO THE JEWS AND WILL RESTORE THEM TO IT AT THE END OF DAYS".

    THE QUR'AN SAYS:

"To Moses We [Allah] gave nine clear signs. Ask the Israelites how he [Moses] first appeared amongst them. Pharoah said to him: 'Moses, I can see that you are bewitched.' 'You know full well,' he [Moses] replied, 'that none but the Lord of the heavens and the earth has revealed these visible signs. Pharoah, you are doomed.'"

"Pharoah sought to scare them [the Israelites] out of the land [of Israel]: but We [Allah] drowned him [Pharoah] together with all who were with him. Then We [Allah] said to the Israelites: 'Dwell in this land [the Land of Israel]. When the promise of the hereafter [End of Days] comes to be fulfilled, We [Allah] shall assemble you [the Israelites] all together [in the Land of Israel]."

"We [Allah] have revealed the Qur'an with the truth, and with the truth it has come down. We have sent you [Muhammed] forth only to proclaim good news and to give warning."

    [Qur'an, "Night Journey," chapter 17:100-104]

First, the Ashkenazim Jews are not descendants of the Ancient Israelites. They hail from the Khazars - A Turkic-Russo race.

The ancient Children of Israel were Muslims and followed Islam. Yes, in the beginning GOD promised the give the Land of Canna to Bani Israel, so that they can establish GOD's laws and to make sure people worship him alone. But Bani Israel after a certain period of time fell into sin, and went astray. This invoked GOD's wrath upon themselves, because of that GOD ended his convenant with them and they were conquered and dispersed.

GOD took away the Land of Cannan from them. Ten of the 12 Tribes of Israel got lost. The Quran does not support the state of Israel, it is refering to the times of Moses and the ancient Israelite prophets. The Quran says in Surah Bani Israel that GOD ended his convenant with the Children of Israel and they were punished for it.

    1. The Qur'an addresses the children of Israel as the people who were descendant of Jacob, son of Isaac, and the grand son of Ibrahim. Israel is another name of Jacob. Jacob was a Muslim, the Qur'an says: "…and so did Jacob, 'Oh my sons! Allah hath chosen the Faith for you; then die not except in the Faith of Islam.' Were ye witnesses when death appeared before Jacob? Behold, he said to his sons: 'What will ye worship after me?' They said: 'We shall worship Thy god and the god of thy fathers, of Abraham, Isma'il and Isaac, the one (True) God: To Him we bow (in Islam).'" (Al-Baqarah: 132-33)

    2. Allah has never chosen any people because of any racial or ethnical entity but he chose certain people because of Islam.

    3. Children of Israel, when they followed Islam, they were the best nation; they were Muslims but others were Mushriks or Kafirs.

    4. The Holy Land is blessed because of being the place of Allah's Messengers and His Message. Descendants of Jacob, among whom are Moses, David, Solomon and `Isa (Jesus) who are holy prophets, so they can fit the Holy Land.

    5. The Qur'an addressed earlier the followers of Moses to liberate the Holy Land, they were afraid to get into the Holy Land and they made an excuse for not restoring that land because they believed that the Canaanites are too strong to defeat. They mocked Moses and rebelled his request, the story is detailed in surat al-Ma'idah, 21-26.

    6. The Holy Land is always the land assigned for the servants of Allah who surrender everything to him.

    7. The occupation of the Holy Land is due to Muslims’ lapsing in weakness and deviating from Allah’s teachings. The occupation of the Jews to the Holy Land is something casual. The Holy Land is waiting for the time when there will be holy people who strictly abide by Allah's teachings to deserve it.

Moses (PBUH) ,Abraham (PBUH), Jacob(ISRAEL) and his 12 children, David (PBUH), Solomon (PBUH) and other Israelite prophets were Muslims. The word Jew comes after one of Jacob's son Judah, Judah's (Yahuda's)descendents were called Yahudi (Jews). So Moses (PBUH) was not a Jew but a Levite because he was a descendent of Levi son of Jacob.

Let me get this straight: Our Abraham of the Torah, as well as Jacob, King David (of the Jews) and his son Soloman (who built our temple), were all Muslim...even though Islam was established in (or around) 622 C.E.? Interesting...considering David, King of the Jews, ruled from 1053 B.C.E.

Levites are Jews (they are one of the holiest in Judaism)

It's amazing how some Muslims try to strip other religions of some of the most important aspects.

In order to establish Jewish claim over “Holy Land [Jerusalem/Palestine]” Judeo-Christian Spin-doctors always misquotes vague and ambiguous verses lifting from the context [of the Bible]. This treatise will examine the facts from the Bible and Glorious Qur’aan to set the record straight and will inSha Allaah show without a shadow of a doubt that absurd and false claims made about the Jewish right over Holy Land are NOTHING but the Biblical FORGERY!

Let us proceed with Glorious Qur’aan 5:21!

"O my people! Enter the holy land (Palestine) which Allâh has assigned to youą and turn not back˛ (in flight); for then you will be returned as losers.ł"

ą. i.e., the land of Canaan vaguely referred to in old commentaries as Syria. ‘Behold’ I have set the land before you; go in possess the land which the Lord sware unto your fathers, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob to give unto them and to their seed after them.’ (Deut 1:. ‘And Moses called unto Joshua, and said unto him in the sight of all Israel, Be strong and of a good courage; for thou must go with this people unto the land which the Lord hath sworn unto their fathers to give them; and thou shalt cause them to inherit it.’ (Deut. 31:7)

˛. ‘Be strong and of a good courage, fear not, nor be afraid of them: for thy Lord thy God, he it is that doth go with thee; he will not fall thee, nor forsake thee’ (Deut 31:6)

ł. ‘Losers’ both in spiritual and temporal sense. Spiritually, because of disobeying the command of the Prophet for the holy war; temporally, because of being deprived of a land.

Fulfillment of the promise did come to pass as we read in Old Testament, Joshua 21:43-45!

43 So the LORD gave Israel all the land he had sworn to give their forefathers, and they took possession of it and settled there. 44 The LORD gave them rest on every side, just as he had sworn to their forefathers. Not one of their enemies withstood them; the LORD handed all their enemies over to them. 45 Not one of all the LORD's good promises to the house of Israel failed; every one was fulfilled.

Further confirmation that God fulfilled all the promises:

    Joshua 23
14 "Now I am about to go the way of all the earth. You know with all your heart and soul that not one of all the good promises the LORD your God gave you has failed. Every promise has been fulfilled; not one has failed. 15 But just as every good promise of the LORD your God has come true, so the LORD will bring on you all the evil he has threatened, until he has destroyed you from this good land he has given you. 16 If you violate the covenant of the LORD your God, which he commanded you, and go and serve other gods and bow down to them, the LORD's anger will burn against you, and you will quickly perish from the good land he has given you."

Moses never entered the Promised Land
Prophet Musa (Moses) was obliged by Allaah for such things as ruin of Fir’awn (Pharoah) and Nile. Allaah gave Moses and Israelites dry passage to go across the sea. Manadew was descended upon Israelites- they were guided by the whirlwinds in the morning and the same was transformed into minaret of light during night. But Israelites could not be led into the Promised Land during Moses’ lifetime.

In order to have a better and clear understanding of this issue and to find the truth we must again look into Glorious Qur’aan, since it is the only true and unadulterated Book in existence.

We read in Glorious Qur’aan (Surah Al-Isra Ayaat 4 to 8 {17:4-8}) regarding the promise made by God with Children of Israel [See Qur’aan 5:21]!
And We decreed for the Children of Israel in the Scripture, that indeed you would do mischief on the earth twice and you will become tyrants and extremely arrogant!

    Elaboration/Reconciliation with Biblical references!
    · Decreed (by way of forewarning)

    · Scripture (The Book may refer to any revelations given to the Israelite prophets. Probably here it refer to the prophecies of Jeremiah, John and Jesus (PBUT) but the reference may also be to Le. 26:15-39; and Deut. 28:15.

    · Mischief (by your sinning against God)

    · Twice (The allusion may be to the well-known destruction of Jerusalem by Nebuchadnezzar in 586 B.C. when the Jews were carried off to Babylonia in captivity, and next by the Roman under Titus in 70 A.D.

    · Extremely arrogant (in rebellion, and will sin against God and man). The Book of Jeremiah in the Bible is full of forbidding consequent on the rebellious disposition of the Jews and their deeds of impiety.

So, when the promise came for the first of the two, We sent against you slaves of Ours given to terrible warfare. They entered the very innermost parts of your homes. And it was a promise (completely) fulfilled.

    Elaboration/Reconciliation with Biblical references!
    · Two (Judgment to be executed)

    · You (O Jew)

    · Slaves of Ours (as God’s instrument in carrying out His wrath). In the Bible also the epithet ‘my servant’ is applied to Nebuchadnezzar. (See Jeremiah. 25:9)

    · Terrible warfare (against enemy) ‘Nebuchadnezzar was merciless toward the conquered people.’ (Jewish Encyclopedia IX. P. 202). The Jewish king Zedekiah was seized while fleeing, his sons were slain before his eyes, and he himself was blinded,

    · Your homes (capturing, pillaging and murdering) ‘And burned the house of the Lord, and the king’s house: and all the houses of Jerusalem, and all the houses of the great men, burned he with fire: and all the army of the Chaldeans that were with the captain of the guard, broke down all the walls of Jerusalem round about.’ (See Jeremiah. 52:13-14)

    · Promise (given through the prophet Jeremiah) ‘And this whole land shall be desolation, and an astonishment; and these nations shall serve the king of Babylon seventy years.’ (See Jeremiah. 25:11)

    · Fulfilled (fully, and in every detail) For the Biblical account of catastrophe see The Lamentations of Jeremiah. 2:1-5)

Then wrath of the God was conditionally removed as we read in the following verses (6 & 7), compare/reconcile it with Bible Ez. 1:1-2; Ez. 1:9-11; and Ez. 24-65.

Then We gave you a return of victory over them. And We helped you with wealth and children and made you more numerous in manpower.

Compare and reconcile with Bible [NT] Mt. 23:38; 24:2; Mk. 13:2; Lk. 19:43-44; 21:6; 20:24.
(And We said): "If you do good, you do good for your own selves, and if you do evil (you do it) against yourselves." Then, when the second promise came to pass, (We permitted your enemies) to disgrace your faces and to enter the mosque (of Jerusalem) as they had entered it before, and to destroy with utter destruction all that fell in their hands.

The Verse (Ayah) seven above is talking about the complete destruction of 2nd Temple, this is when “Children of Israel” ceased to exist.

Further one must know that the correct rendering of {ALLADHENA HAADO WA هَادُوا} used in verse 22 in Arabic (the original language of Qur’aan)]

can only be ‘those who are Judaised or those who have become Jews.’ ‘It is for the first time that the Qur’aan speaks of the “Jews” as distinct from the {children of Israel}.’ The two terms, though frequently used as synonymous, are not exactly co-extensive or interchangeable. Israelites are a race, a nation, a people, a huge family, and the sons of a particular progenitor, conscious and proud of their high lineage. Jews are a religious community. A church, believers in particular tenets, members of a certain faith. The Glorious Qur’aan regard of the niceties of expression, has always observed this distinction. When speaking of the beliefs and practices of the Hebrews and those who had adopted their faith, it uses the term “Jews” when alluding to their history and their national traits it keeps mentioning ‘the children of Israel.’ The Israelites ceased to exist as a nation with destruction of the temple in A.D. 70. And thenceforth they became a purely a religious community. Many of the Arabs had, by the advent of Islaam, adopted the Jewish faith and usages. Hence the significance of the Qur’aanic expression ‘those who are Judaised.’ “The children of Israel, so frequently addressed in Qur’aan, says D. S. Margoliouth, ‘were merely Arab tribes made Israelites by conversion.’ {Torrey, Jewish Foundation of Islam, p-23). Most of the Arab Jews, like the Jews of Abyssinia, seem not to have been genuine children of Israel, but native converts of Judaism.’(HHW. VIII. P-10) “Judging by their proper nouns and Aramean vocabulary used in their agricultural life, these Jews must have been mostly Judaised clans of Arabian and Aramean stock though the nucleus may have been Israelites who fled from Palestine at the time of its conquest by the Romans, in the first century after Christ.’ (Hitti. Op.cit. p-104)

In addition, many people regard the Palestinian issue and the enmity between Muslims and the Jews as an interpretation of the verses that are mentioned at the beginning of Surah "Al-Isra' " that read: "And We decreed for the Children of Israel in the scripture: Ye verily will work corruption in the earth twice, and ye will become great tyrants." (Al-Isra’: 4) Nevertheless, most of the exegetists' of the Qur'aan agree that the scripture mentioned in this verse refers to the Scripture that was revealed to Prophet Musa (Moses, peace be upon him), that is, the Torah. Also, the verses following the above say: "But if ye repeat (the crime) We shall repeat (the punishment)". (Al-Isra’: There is nothing in the verses that specify the number of times that they may repeat the crime, and none can know it.

(And We said in the Taurât (Torah)): "It may be that your Lord may show mercy unto you, but if you return (to sins), We shall return (to Our Punishment). And We have made Hell a prison for the disbelievers.

Then we further read in Glorious Qur’aan 17:104-106!

    (104) And We said to the Children of Israel after him: "Dwell in the land, then, when the final and the last promise comes near (i.e. the Day of Resurrection or the descent of Al-Masîh (‘Îsâ, son of Maryam عليهما السلام on the earth), We shall bring you altogether as mixed crowd (gathered out of various nations). (Tafsir Al-Qurtubi)

    (105) And with truth We have sent it down (i.e. the Qur’ân), and with truth it has descended. And We have sent you (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه و سلم) as nothing but a bearer of glad tidings (of Paradise for those who follow your Message of Islâmic Monotheism), and a Warner (of Hell-fire for those who refuse to follow your Message of Islâmic Monotheism) {1} .

    {1} (V.17: 105) a) See the footnote of (V.3: 85). B) See the footnote of (V.4: 80).

    Glorious Qur’aan 4:80!
    مَنْ يُطِعِ الرَّسُولَ فَقَدْ أَطَاعَ اللَّهَ وَمَنْ تَوَلَّى فَمَا أَرْسَلْنَاكَ عَلَيْهِمْ حَفِيظًا
    He who obeys the Messenger (Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم) has indeed obeyed Allâh, but he who turns away, then we have not sent you (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم) as a watcher over them. {1}

{1} (V.4: 80) (A) Narrated Abu Hurairah رضي الله عنه: Allâh’s Messenger صلى الله عليه وسلم said, "Whoever obeys me, he obeys Allâh, and whoever disobeys me, he disobeys Allâh, and whoever obeys the ruler I appoint, he obeys me, and whoever disobeys him, he disobeys me." (Sahih Al-Bukhâri, Vol.9, Hadîth No.251). (B) Narrated Abu Hurairah رضي الله عنه: Allâh’s Messenger صلى الله عليه وسلم said, "All my followers will enter Paradise except those who refuse." They said, "O Allâh’s Messenger! Who will refuse?" He said, "Whoever obeys me will enter Paradise, and whoever disobeys me is the one who refuses (to enter it)." (Sahih Al-Bukhâri, Vol.9, Hadîth No.384).

(17/106) And (it is) a Qur’ân, which We have divided (into parts), in order that you might recite it to men at intervals. And We have revealed it by stages (in 23 years).

    Glorious Qur’aan 17:104!
And We said to the Children of Israel after him: "Dwell in the land, then, when the final and the last promise comes near [i.e. the Day of Resurrection or the descent of Îsâ, son of Maryam on the earth]. We shall bring you altogether as mixed crowd (gathered out of various nations). [Tafsir Al-Qurtubi, Vol. 10, Page 338]

    Elaboration/Reconciliation with Biblical references!

    · Him (i.e. after his destruction)

    · Crowd (gathered out of various nations) this clearly, though incidentally, foretells the dispersal of the Jews.

    Islaam says:
    · Dwell in the land, means here dwell on earth (not Holy Land). That is why Jews were fugitives and/or refugees for almost 2000 years after cursed by Îsâ عليه السلام as we are told in the Bible and Qur’aan as well.

    · The last promise referred [to], is the descent of Isa عليه السلام. The word “you” means all of you and your enemies.

Further, you have to read the above verse with the co-relation of verses 105-106:

    Glorious Qur’aan 17:105!
And with truth We have sent it down (i.e. the Qur’aan), and with truth it has descended. And We have sent you (O Muhammad SAW) as nothing but a bearer of glad tidings (of Paradise, for those who follow your Message of Islamic Monotheism), and a Warner (of Hell-fire for those who refuse to follow your Message of Islamic Monotheism).

    Glorious 17:106!
And (it is) a Qur’aan, which We have divided (into parts), in order that you might recite it to men at intervals. And We have revealed it by stages. (In 23 years).

    Points to be noted!

Adulteration in the Old Testament has confused the issue making it inconsistent.
Despite of contradictions, we learn that conditional promise was made good by the God, as we read in Joshua 21:43; and the land was delivered to Children of Israel, which they later lost it.
Children of Israel rebelled against God again and were punished and subsequently destroyed to extinction in 70 A.D.
Ismaeel عليه السلام is also the seed of Abraham, even according to Old Testament. Thus, his children also include the above verses quoted from the Bible.
Present days Jews of (state of) Israel are not Children of Israel, nor they are the Jews mentioned in the Glorious Qur’aan. Thus, according to the Old Testament itself they have no claim over Holy Land.
There can’t be NO messiah from house of David, who will come and establish the Kingdom, since according to the Bible, David’s seed also ceased to exist.

    Conclusion!

For last two thousand years Christians have been waiting for 2nd coming of Jesus, and Jews have been waiting for Davidic messiah for over two millennia. Nevertheless, the Bible tells us something contrary to the Judeo-Christian fantasy. Let us read the Deuteronomy 28:63-68 (readers are recommended to read the entire chapter 2.

028:063 And it shall come to pass, that as the LORD rejoiced over you to do you good, and to multiply you; so the LORD will rejoice over you to destroy you, and to bring you to naught; and ye shall be plucked from off the land whither thou goest to possess it. 028:064 And the LORD shall scatter thee among all people, from the one end of the earth even unto the other; and there thou shalt serve other gods, which neither thou nor thy fathers have known, even wood and stone. 028:065 And among these nations shalt thou find no ease, neither shall the sole of thy foot have rest: but the LORD shall give thee there a trembling heart, and failing of eyes, and sorrow of mind: 028:066 And thy life shall hang in doubt before thee; and thou shalt fear day and night, and shalt have none assurance of thy life: 028:067 In the morning thou shalt say, Would God it were even! and at even thou shalt say, Would God it were morning! for the fear of thine heart wherewith thou shalt fear, and for the sight of thine eyes which thou shalt see. 028:068 And the LORD shall bring thee into Egypt again with ships, by the way whereof I spake unto thee, Thou shalt see it no more again: and there ye shall be sold unto your enemies for bondmen and bondwomen, and no man shall buy you.

Jewish claim over holy land is absurd and false, the proof is provided in the Bible as cited above from Deut. 28:63-68, which tells us about their mischief on earth that is followed by the punishment conclusively mentioned in Deut. 28:68, Which has NOT YET come to pass!!! By doing this I have not in actuality produced anything new, but did only follow the example of the Qur'aanic methodology that teaches us to go back to the scriptural sources in order to prove our case and compel the falsifier:

“Say, 'bring forth the Torah and read it if you are truthful'”

    Mosque = Place of prostration.

Mosque = Masjid = Ma (place) + sajud (prostration)

Prove to me that a synagogue (or a church, for that matter) is not a place suitable for prostration.

If you read Encylopedia Judecia the temple was the only place where the prostration was made to GOD. If you read the book of Deuteronomy you will see that Moses (PBUH) ,Aaron(PBUH), and their companions used to worship GOD by washing their hands, feet and faces first, then they used to stand in Congregation and bowed and prostrated to GOD. This method is similiar to the Muslim style of worship. The Jews devaited after Moses (PBUH) and the Israelite prophets. The Message of all the Prophets is the same that is "Islam" or Submission to the will of the only GOD.

I never said that a mosque cannot be used by a Jew to pray in. I said its amazing how CERTAIN Muslims claim some of the most important aspects of other religions as their own...even though Islam came more than a millenium after Judaism and hundreds of years after Christianity.

Moses is our holy prophet...yet he's Muslim? David is one of our greatest and holiest kings...yet he's Muslim? Jeez, what's next...Jerusalem??? Oh wait...you claim that too.

I guess that means that if my family has roots to the Middle East (Mizrachim Jews) than that means I am Muslim too?

As you wish, my Holy Muslim. Anything else we can offer you?

Islam was the religion of the first man on Earth Adam (PBUH).

Before Muhammed (PBUH), a person was a muslim if he belived "There is only one GOD", and if the person submits to that one GOD he is a Muslim.

After Muhammed (PBUH), you have to accept the Prophethood of Muhammed (PBUH) to be a Muslim.

To be a Muslim today all a person has to belive is in the Shahada, which is "La ilaha il Allah, Muhammad-ur-Rasool-Allah" in english it is, "None has the right to be worshipped but Allah, and Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah".

Now before the Prophet Muhammed (PBUH), all a person had to do to be a Muslim was belive in this "La ilaha il Allah", in English it is "none has the right to be worshipped but GOD". So people the believed in the GOD of Abraham and were monotheists are Muslims.

Jews started becoming Jews in the eyes of Muslims once the Prophet Muhammed (PBUH) came down and was rejected by these monotheists (Jews).

    Islam basically means monotheism.

"Muslim" the word literally means someone who has submitted/surrendered himself or herself to the will of God.

So, Jews from nearly 2 thousand years before Islam only started to consider themselves Jews when Muslims began to form?

You never fail to crack me up

No, I said that I said this is how Muslims look at it. This is when Muslims feel they stopped fulfuilling the word "Muslim", before that they did fulfil the word "Muslim".

Why do followers of Jesus (PBUH) consider themselves Christians and not Jews?

The teaching of Islam is that there is only one God, and that the God of Judaism and Christianity is the same as the God of the Koran, but that the teachings of the two religions are corrupted by man. The original teachings of the two religions was exactly the same as what is found in Islam today, but man has altered the lore given to both groups.

Muslims are kinda confused, I think. Well, so is everyone else so it's not like it should be that big of a shocker... I will make another play.

    A Tale of Three Deities
    by Scriptfactory

    Act I Circa 1 B.C.
Jewish Religion: I'm so badass. No religion is greater than I! I have been around for a long ass time and... [he talks himself to sleep]

Christian Religion: Surprise, bitches! The one you prophesied is here! Your king is he-- [Jesus is killed for being a false prophet or something...]

Jewish Religion: Whew, good thing we got rid of that dude. He almost ruined everything for us. Do you think that he was really--?... No... There's no way... But he might have been the real--?... Nah!

    Act II Circa 600 A.D.
Muslim Religion: Well, well. What have we here! Our religion has just formed, but wait! We are the true religion even though ours is based on ANOTHER religion with thousands of years of verifiable history. That Jewish religion is a crock and all of their ancestors are really members of OUR religion!

Christian Religion: Wow! I really got big in the past few years. I'm think I'm going to kill a lot of people in my God's name. Hahahaha!!! [Proceeds with the bloodbath that has already started and will continue for a long ass time...]

Jewish Religion: What's a "Muslim religion"? And why is he using my reference material? Who cares, it's only a couple people anyways...

    Act III Circa Now
Jewish Religion: I first and what belonged me a long time ago belongs to me now even though my bloodline isn't exactly 100% pure!

Muslim Religion: I was first and I need to kill the Jewish religion that came before me because it's corrupt and shit! [Lot's of "barrah, barrah, barrah, jihad" cries are heard]

Christian Religion: Well, the Jews were first but I am better because I believe in Jesus and created Christmas. Everybody loves Christmas, right? Right? Can I get an amen? ["Amen!"...] It's also funny that the main part of the people that believe in me are reading a "translation" of reference material [hold up the King Jame's bible] that was not based on any Greek or Hebrew manuscripts, but rather previous translations. God, do I rock or what?

    FIN

Before the Prophet Muhammed (PBUH) you would be a monotheist which could put you under "Jew" or "Muslim" or whatever.

But after Prophet Muhammed came and you rejected him as a prophet you would stop becoming a Muslim.
