I was hoping he died, that would be good news. Another terrorist would be out of the market.

well he is 78 years old terrorist he is gonna die sooner or later , but his political career is in danger now , and no one can lead the new party exept him, and he have ben yamin natanyaho (another terrorist) facing him as the head of the likud, but natanyaho is hated because he messed up the "israeli" economy.

I guess you don't follow the polls too well. And this is from a known "left-wing" paper.
"Kadima rebounds in opinion polls after Sharon stroke"
Prime Minister Ariel Sharon's Kadima has regained, and by one count surpassed its former strength in the public opinion polls published on Tuesday, after the momentary scare created by the premier's minor stroke on Sunday night.
According to a poll conducted by the Maariv newspaper, Kadima would win 42 Knesset seats if the election were held today - one of the highest results recorded since the prime minister bolted the Likud and formed the party four weeks ago.
The poll, conducted before the results of the Likud primaries were released late Monday night, gave Amir Peretz's Labor Party 22 Knesset mandates. Likud and its newly-elected chairman, Benjamin Netanyahu, clocked in with a paltry 13 seats.
"More than ever before, this poll proves that Ariel Sharon mark 2006 is the ultimate father of us all," Maariv wrote.

Few people are stupid enough to spit at the hand that feeds them. The palestinians in Gaza have done it by cellebrating the stroke of the man who gave them the most freedom they ever had. There were joy shots fired in the air when word of his stroke spread around in Gaza. Shame really - instead of shooting in the air they should have aimed down a bit and shot themselves in the head.
