YEP! me again...
other than the squat are there any exercise that will help in benifiting you with the snatch and the clean and jerk? I've done high pulls as well in the past? I need some sound techniques for the snatch and the clean and jerk, this seems to vary with each person i speak with? so my mind is open to any and all recommendations. thanx

speed deadlifts, high pulls, upright rows, heavy shrugs, front squats, and your lat work.
Dont neglect your glute, ham, quad work.
