    Does anyone out there know a link that has a max calculator??

    Yeah, call this number 1-800 443 okie
    they sell weight room persentage charts.
    I love mine & I've had it for over 10 years it starts from a 135 max all the way to a 700lb max.


    Hope the chart goes up far enough for you. (lol)

    Just go to the gym and max out. Then you know for sure.

    Supposedly your 1RM for squat and deadlift is 8% higher than what you can triple and 5% higher than your triple for bench.

    Max calculators tend ot be incorrect....way to many variables are not taken into account, go max out and see how you do
