    help with bp routine

    i need a routine that will up my 1 rep max.
    i can do 315 for 5.
    my 1 rep max is 365.

    are you a powerlifter? or are you still on your bodybuilding routine? regardless, your gonna have to switch it up, to incorporate more strength excercises. put your chest first priority of the week now. do weighted dips. try uses bands/chains/ boards if you have access to them. those are just a few.

    i have best routine that will add atleast 20lbs to your max if you follow it correctly

    I have found that plyometrics work well when trying to increase your max.
    Also, really focus on some of your assistance exercises, like triceps and lats

    Basicaly you want to make your Triceps and Lats stronger. Focus on Heavier low rep tricep work, and be sure to add in Bent over barbell rows as they are king of lat work.
