I picked up Ryan Kennelly's book. It was pretty good. Nothing I didnt already know, but it gave me some insight into his training style and mentality used when competing.

You should check out Serious strength training by Tudor Bompa

Kennely's book is more specific to just benching

Power Lifting by Barney Grooves is okay too.

It does have sample routines. But like Phreezer said, it is pretty much specific to bench although it does provide some routine work for other exercises.

elitefts.com has a wealth of PLing articles, training journals, Q&A, etc

I wouldn't recommend "Serious Strength Training"
