proper usage of creatine.
when taking creatine...
do you mix the creatine and water first..
put creatine in mouth than wash it down with water.

i also heard creatine tastes nasty..
i bought some german creatine and its virtually tasteless/... whats with that??.

I have read that warm water is better absorbed as well. Also 2-3 g 2-3 times a day as our bodies only process that much. Made a difference for me. 10g makes me feel pretty good.
