keeping strength?
Hey bros, I was wondering if it were possible if I could drop from 168 to 148 and maintain my strength? The reason I'm asking is because there's a bench competition on Nov. 6 that I want to go to, but a 260 pound bench at 168 isn't all that great. I was thinking about getting on some clen 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off with eca, with high protien, creatine, etc. Then on the day of weighins I could sweat off a couple pounds. So what do you guys think? Thanks!

Diuretics would help you for the weigh in as well, but were talking 6-10lbs at most so really you'd still have to get your weight down in the low to mid 150's to be able to strike within the 148lb range.

Thanks bro. So you think the clen and eca is a good idea? Also what kind of diuretics are we talking about here? Because I may only be able to get the otc ones. So would they just be a waist? Thanks again.
Edit:Btw I just had my wisdom teeth removed today. Should I hold off on the clen? If so how long?
