Hello all.
I am new to this weight lifting and am hoping for alot of help from you seasoned pros.
I am looking not soo much for really defined muscles or anythign, but juts to be big and have lotsa strength.
I am wondering a few things.
How do you do a dead lift?
What are other good work outs and techniques for pure animal strenght.
I wanna be a monster.
