    Ouch my lower back hurts

Question: How do I get past lower back pain from squats. Form/Stretching is cutting it. Its mostly my lower lumbar. Should discontinue squats? Wed I went a little too heavy, but felt fine until the morning! I need quad size what else is a guy to do

    hmm

yea, but this depends where u are feeling the pain, on the spine or on the musche on both side.
now its not time to stretch.
apply ice 3 times a day, but not directly on the spot, put a cloth before and put ice on it.
also for 1 week discontinue doing exercises where you will need your back..
and in thet 1 week take 2 pills of antiinflamatory or 1 injection per day, but be carefull, when ull get that you will see that the pain will dissapear, but dont use the back. you can have voltarene or brufen or olfen...bla bla....1 injection of the anti-inflamatory solution every 2 days ig good i thing, depends on the dosage....
also dont try to ceack the back by yourself....dont do twisting with the bar on the shoulders, hope that you understand.

every morning try to grip a fixed bar and hang for 20 seconds.
    dont apply too much heat...

sleep on a hard flat surface...
anf if the pain is still here after teh 7 days go to c a chiro.

lay off the squats till it gets better. then start again with hack squats for more back support.
